You will handle recruitment operations, complex scheduling, and ensure a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at organizational challenges, and acts as the operational backbone for the team, ensuring every stage of the recruitment process is well-executed.

Must Have:
  • Manage recruitment operations and high-volume scheduling.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and generate reports.
  • Partner with recruiters and interviewers for hiring events.
  • Manage candidate email communication for a seamless experience.
  • Travel across Europe and UK for recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with HR for smooth new hire onboarding.
  • 3+ years in administration, office management, or as an executive/personal assistant.
  • Comfortable managing complex logistics in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Passionate about building relationships and supporting diverse candidates.
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, strong at multitasking and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in our Campus Recruitment team, ensuring our high-volume, seasonal hiring runs seamlessly across Europe and the UK.

You’ll be at the heart of recruitment operations, managing logistics for large numbers of candidates and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and interviewers. From complex scheduling to keeping systems up to date, you’ll help make sure every stage of the recruitment process is well-executed.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the central point of contact for the campus recruitment team, managing recruitment operations and high-volume scheduling across multiple hiring campaigns
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (often across multiple time zones and stakeholders), ensuring all participants are prepared and informed
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate data in the ATS, and generate reports to support hiring decisions and process improvements
  • Partner closely with recruiters and interviewers to keep large-scale hiring events on track
  • Manage candidate email communication, ensuring timely responses and creating a positive, seamless candidate experience at every stage of the process
  • Travel across Europe and the UK to represent the company at recruitment events, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for candidates
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in administration, office management, or as an executive/personal assistant; prior recruitment or HR operations experience is highly valued
  • Comfortable managing complex logistics and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Passionate about building relationships and supporting candidates from diverse backgrounds
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and strong at multitasking and problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
