Job Description

The Executive - Operations will be responsible for managing documentation and agreements, including Qube and Tripartite Agreements, as well as other documentation from production houses. This role involves organizing and managing source content for mastering, coordinating with the mastering team for movie processing and preview shows. They will also liaise with clients for release lists, payment collection, and accurate billing inputs. Additionally, the role includes coordinating content and KDM movements for screenings, overseeing post-release corrections, and ensuring timely follow-up for Hollywood DCP and KDM management, including managing Hollywood rollout site updates. The ideal candidate should be organized, possess strong communication skills, and have familiarity with DCP, KDM workflows, and film distribution processes.
Must have:

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Documentation and Agreements:
    • Handle Qube Agreements, Tripartite Agreements, and other documentation from production houses.
  2. Content Mastering:
    • Organize and manage source content for mastering.
    • Coordinate with the mastering team for the processing of movies, including the handling of source files and preview shows.
  3. Client Coordination:
    • Liaise with clients for release lists, payment collection, and providing accurate billing inputs.
  4. Content and KDM Management:
    • Coordinate with mastering and QTS teams for content and KDM movements for screenings.
  5. Post-Release Operations:
    • Oversee post-release corrections, editing, and updates as required.
  6. Hollywood Content Follow-up:
    • Ensure timely follow-up for Hollywood Digital Cinema Package (DCP) and KDM management.
    • Manage Hollywood rollout site updates for seamless operations
Qualifications:
  • Any Graduate
  • Experience in Content operations, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with DCP, KDM workflows, and film distribution processes is preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in billing and financial coordination.
  • Knowledge of film industry standards and workflows.
