Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead Qube Wire, our flagship content distribution platform. This strategic leadership role blends technology, operations, and market growth. You will define and drive the product vision, collaborate with engineering and business teams, and partner with senior leadership to scale Qube Wire globally. Responsibilities include end-to-end product lifecycle management, market research, stakeholder engagement, and go-to-market strategies for new releases.

Must Have

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Qube Wire.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and QA teams.
• Identify and drive opportunities for platform scalability, automation, and integration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from global stakeholders.
• Present product strategies, metrics, and progress updates to C-level executives.
• Collaborate with international teams to align regional requirements.
• Develop go-to-market plans for new product releases and major updates.
• Create and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for effective product launches.
• Represent Qube Cinema at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
• Define and monitor success metrics post-launch.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Product Managers.
• Build scalable product processes and promote a culture of innovation.
• Act as a cross-functional leader, influencing teams beyond direct reports.
• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Proven track record in managing B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling complex technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Identify and drive opportunities for platform scalability, automation, and integration.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, distributors, content owners, and technology partners.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from global stakeholders to inform product direction.
• Present product strategies, metrics, and progress updates to C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with international teams to align regional requirements and ensure consistent user experience across markets.

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market

• Develop go-to-market plans for new product releases and major updates.
• Create and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for effective product launches and customer adoption.
• Represent Qube Cinema at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
• Define and monitor success metrics post-launch to assess product adoption and market performance.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Product Managers.
• Build scalable product processes and promote a culture of innovation and customer focus.
• Act as a cross-functional leader, influencing teams beyond direct reports (engineering, ops, and sales) to drive execution.

Required Qualifications:

Experience

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Proven track record in managing B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling complex technology platforms.
• Experience working on high-availability or mission-critical systems with strong operational dependencies preferred.
