Patreon is a media and community platform where creators give their biggest fans access to exclusive work and experiences. Over 300k creators are cultivating fandoms and building their businesses each month. Creators can offer free memberships to fans looking to explore more of their work, paid memberships to give access to exclusive media and community, or sell directly to fans with Shops.

Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:

• 8B+ earned since Patreon's inception

• 30M free new memberships in the first year of launching that option, and

• 10M fans paying each month for exclusive access to creators' work and community.

We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator products with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Scaled Account Management Lead to support our mission

This role is based in New York, San Francisco or Remote.

About the Role

As a Scaled Creator Programs Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing scaled programs to drive engagement, adoption, and growth across a broad segment of Patreon’s creators. From hosting webinars, accelerators and creator spotlight sessions to managing our scaled inbox, developing thought leadership initiatives, and running one-off growth consultations, you’ll be at the frontlines of our creator-facing efforts.

This is a highly cross-functional and fast-paced role. You’ll design, test, and manage high-impact, net-new programs — all with the goal of helping creators succeed on Patreon.  You’ll act as a strategic operator, a creator-facing coach, and a program builder, often shifting between systems work and the day-to-day of creator management in the same week.

You’ll also be a key voice representing scaled creators internally, surfacing actionable insights to Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to help shape future strategy, product development, and go-to-market approaches. You will report into our Head of Creator Scaled Growth.

About You

• You have experience running customer or creator-facing programs from concept to execution—ideally in a creator-first or media company environment.

• You’re energized by working with creators and are confident in external-facing work like growth consultations, webinars, or speaking engagements.

• You thrive in fast-moving environments where you’re constantly shifting between program design, execution, and creator communication.

• You’re highly organized, with a track record of building and managing systems and comfort in various CRMs

• You know how to identify meaningful creator signals and translate them into insights for cross-functional teams.

• You’re a proactive operator with strong judgment and bias for action—comfortable wearing multiple hats and juggling multiple programs at once.

• You bring a strategic lens to your work, but aren’t afraid to get in the weeds and drive execution yourself.

Compensation Range: $126K - $210K
