Job Description

This Account Management role focuses on driving eCommerce growth within the FMCG, Personal Care & Beauty sector in the Philippines. Responsibilities include acquiring and nurturing key sellers, negotiating deals, discovering collaborative opportunities, and maintaining service quality to increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction. This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, developing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and leveraging scalable programs and tools for merchant management. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of eCommerce experience, familiarity with FMCG brands, and preferably direct experience working with sellers in relevant industries, including experience with content/live-streaming sales.
Must have:
  • Acquire and incubate key brands/merchants
  • Negotiate and secure best deals
  • Build strong merchant relationships
  • Maintain service quality (low cancellations, returns, shipping times)
  • 3-5 years eCommerce experience
  • FMCG brand familiarity
Good to have:
  • Direct experience with relevant industry sellers
  • Experience with content/live-streaming selling

Responsibilities
About the team In this role you will be working closely with sellers, driving the growth of eCommerce. You are required to acquire, incubate and nurture the sellers for the relevant category. Responsibilities - Acquire and incubate brands, principals and big merchants that contribute large GMV share - Build and maintain relationship with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality - Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plan and build JBPs - Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction - Manage merchants by leveraging scalable incubation and management programs and tools
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience. - 3-5 years of experience with eCommerce industry - Familiar with FMCG Brands Preferred Qualifications - Direct experience/working relationship with sellers from relevant industries. - Experience with selling through content/live - streaming
