You are expected to be trend-aware, organized, collaborative, and capable of managing calendars, launches, and cross-team projects efficiently.

Must Have:
  • Manage end-to-end content operations including press releases, interviews, game sheets, and newsletters.
  • Create original, on-brand content across various formats and channels.
  • Manage social media publishing, community engagement, and track performance.
  • Coordinate game launch communications and promotional calendars.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns with clear timelines and KPIs.
  • Contribute to marketing strategy and process refinement.
  • Elevate company brand across owned, affiliate, and partner touchpoints.
  • Maintain and update website content, assets, messaging, and SEO.
  • Support planning and delivery of client-facing events and industry conferences.
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Social Media.
  • Good understanding of marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency with social platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Good understanding of SEO and analytics basics.
  • Essential CMS knowledge for updating pages and assets.
  • Practical experience with AI tools for content creation (text, image, video).
  • Knowledge of MS Office and WordPress.
  • Organized mindset to plan, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent writing skills in English.
  • Comfortable collaborating with Design, Product, and Sales teams.

Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator, you are hands-on with a passion for social media and content. You are native across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and other platforms, with strong writing skills for captions, posts, and PR. In this role, you will create short videos, graphics, and posts, and you are comfortable using AI tools to brainstorm, design, and repurpose content to meet deadlines. Essential Duties

  • Own end-to-end content operations: press releases (game launches, new partnerships), interviews, game sheets and one-pagers, newsletters, and other internal copy needs.
  • Create original, on-brand content across formats and channels.
  • Manage social media publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate game launch communications and promotional calendars with Product and Commercial teams.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns with clear timelines, briefs, and KPIs.
  • Contribute to marketing meetings, share insights, and help refine strategy and processes.
  • Elevate the company brand across owned, affiliate, and partner touchpoints with practical improvements.
  • Maintain and continuously update the website: pages, assets, messaging, and SEO hygiene.
  • Support the planning and delivery of client-facing events and industry conferences.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Social Media. iGaming knowledge is a bonus.
  • Good understanding of marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency with social platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Good understanding of SEO and analytics basics.
  • Essential CMS know how to update pages and assets. Adobe knowledge is an advantage.
  • Practical with AI tools to brainstorm, draft, design, and repurpose quickly (text, image, video).
  • Knowledge of MS Office and WordPress.
  • Organised mindset to plan, multitask, and hit deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent writing skills in English.
  • Comfortable working closely with Design, Product, and Sales teams and acting on feedback.
  • Creative flair to write and create content: captions, PR, posts, short video shoots and edits, and simple graphics.
