Marketing Manager

Location: On-Site – Nashville, TN
Salary: $75,000-$85,000

Must have skills:

• 4-5 years of strategic marketing experience working at an MSP 

• Experience developing campaigns end to end, ideally within HubSpot 

• Experience leading and organizing marketing around trade shows and events 

• Experience with new branding (brand storytelling, brand awareness, increasing brand visibility, identifying new opportunities/leads)

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels 

• Strong written and verbal communication (can present directly to the C-level)

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup environments 

• Travel required: Less than 20%

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the marketing strategy for their new MSP focused business unit 

• Lead brand development efforts, including messaging, visual identity, and brand guidelines 

• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts support revenue growth and product adoption 

• Work closely with the sales team to identify key industry events to attend, lead field marketing planning, and develop sales and marketing materials
