About the role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager – India to lead and execute marketing initiatives across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian green energy market, consumer behavior, consumer journey and energy management systems and digital trends. The ideal candidate should also be able to create and map consumer journeys for Enphase -Solar + Storage solution. This role involves developing integrated marketing campaigns, communication and managing brand positioning. The marketing manager will work closely with sales, FAE & PLMs
What you will do
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Enphase products, features, and benefits to support technical and strategic conversations & prepare documents.
- Translate product benefits into simple, relatable language for homeowners to enhance understanding and adoption.
- Cultivate a robust network of architects, interior designers, and builders to drive strategic partnerships.
- Design clear and compelling communication materials tailored for architects, interior designers, and builders to effectively engage homeowners.
- Establish synergistic relationships with adjacent companies offering premium storage solutions, including home automation and HVAC providers.
- Develop infrastructure specifications in close collaboration with Product teams to ensure alignment with market needs.
- Facilitate ongoing training sessions for specifiers to ensure product knowledge and specification accuracy.
- Ensure accurate registration and documentation of Enphase products within all specifications.
- Collaborate with local government agencies to prepare and present documentation that showcases Enphase product value.
Who you are and what you bring
- Bachelors/master’s degree in engineering or business management in a related field
- 7+ years of experience in crafting benefits for consumers associated with high value products consumed by High Net Individuals.
- Experience of developing integrated marketing campaigns, communication and managing brand positioning.
- Strong network and relationships of architects, consultants & premium builders.
- Flexible and proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Hands-on approach with a willingness to take initiative and lead by example
- Proficient in sales pipelines tools like salesforce, and digital lead generation
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communications skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while being an effective team player.
- Ability to prioritize time well to deliver consistently against stated objectives.
- Committed to continuous learning and raising the bar for him/herself and his/her team, outperforming the targets set.
- Open to extensive regional travel, with more than 50% of the time spent on the road as part of the role.
