The Marketing Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of product updates, client compliance communication, and internal processes. The role involves facilitating communication with client partners regarding product updates, managing a product updates calendar, coordinating compliance requests, managing client approval requests for merchandising changes, assisting with external publisher compliance, and supporting product updates in proprietary databases and CMS platforms. The candidate will also work on process improvement projects and provide operations support to the credit cards team. The role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of compliance standards in the digital media landscape.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, compliance, or account management.

Job Category

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Marketing Operations team for Credit Cards. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless coordination of product updates, client compliance communication, and internal processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of operations expertise, communication skills, and a deep understanding of compliance standards in the digital media landscape.

 

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate product update communication with client partners including update confirmation, remediation, and scheduling needs.
  • Maintain the product updates calendar and internal scheduling between media and compliance teams in Salesforce/Outlook.
  • Coordinate compliance requests between client partners and our internal media and compliance teams.
  • Manage client approval requests for merchandising changes and/or tests. Including submission to the client, internal tracking of approvals, and coordination of requests between design, merchandising, compliance, and product development.
  • Assist with external publisher compliance, remediation and communication.
  • Assist with product updates in our proprietary database and CMS platforms for client partners.
  • Assist with compliance guideline updates and communication to our publisher network.
  • Work closely with Operations leadership on process improvement projects and automation needs.
  • Support the credit cards team with operations support and requests as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, compliance, and/or account management.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Effective communicator—able to document processes clearly and explain recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Inquisitive and proactive—you don’t wait for direction; you look for the “why” and bring solutions
  • Strong organizational habits and ability to context switch between quick-turn tasks and longer-term projects
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment—you’re resilient, flexible, and quick to adapt when priorities shift or projects evolve
  • Creative and can think outside the box for tooling or process solutions to improve workflows.

  • Experience in performance or affiliate marketing

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $85,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
