This position defines and refines campaign strategy across paid search, developing integrated digital campaign strategies to optimize performance and increase conversion. The role supports efforts to optimize organic search traffic, collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and digital platforms to drive key projects and campaigns. Responsibilities include executing account-based marketing tactics, creating data-driven marketing plans, managing B2B digital marketing strategies, and analyzing campaign ROI. The specialist will also manage agencies and present results to leadership.
Must have:

  • Present results and trends to sales and marketing leaders.
  • Use MarTech platforms.
  • Possess basic knowledge of Trend Micro’s Cybersecurity Platform.
  • Obtain all sales certifications.
  • Hold a graduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Manage Social Media.
  • Have at least 5 years of Field Marketing experience for B2B companies.
  • Use Marketo or Eloqua.
  • Make data-driven decisions using tools like Tableau.
  • Communicate excellently in Spanish and English.
  • Use CRM for reports and campaign tracking.

Job Details

Position Summary:

This position will define/refine campaign strategy across paid search and will be responsible for developing integrated digital campaign strategy, optimizing performance and increasing conversion. This position will support efforts to optimize organic search traffic, collaborating with internal teams, external agencies and digital platforms to drive key projects and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution tactics for account-based marketing, including ABM platforms.
  • Collaborate with the LATAM marketing team to create content strategies, planning and executing multichannel programs: emails, webinars, events, digital, direct mail, etc.
  • Ability to create data-driven marketing plans with project management and team collaboration to drive clear accountability and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to create, manage, and analyze B2B Digital Marketing strategies.
  • Manage agencies for the execution of demand generation or loyalty events, public relations, and graphic design.
  • Data analysis, ROI, and business impact of all marketing campaigns.
  • Must be competent in presenting results and trends to sales and marketing leaders.
  • Use of the MarTech platform.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Trend Micro’s Cybersecurity Platform, obtaining all sales certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge in creating, executing, and analyzing B2B Digital Marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge and management of Social Media.
  • At least 5 years of experience working as Field Marketing for B2B companies.
  • Experience using marketing platforms: Marketo or Eloqua.
  • Decision-making skills based on data analysis and special tools like Tableau.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in using reports and tracking campaigns using CRM.
  • Understanding of the B2B Technology business (desired).

  • Lead Generation:
  • Increase in the number of qualified leads by 20% within the first 8 months.
  • Number of leads generated per event.
  • Event Participation:
  • Improve event attendance by 25%.
  • Sales Impact:
  • Increase in sales attributed to field marketing activities by 20%.
  • Conversion rate of leads to sales.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Increase in customer engagement metrics (e.g., email open rates, click-through rates).
  • Number of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • ROI:
  • Return on investment for marketing campaigns.
  • Cost per lead and cost per acquisition.
  • Brand Awareness:
  • Increase in social media followers and engagement.
  • Media coverage and mentions.
