Playtika seeks a temporary Marketing Strategy Manager to build and execute strategic marketing plans (online and offline), manage strategy plans with studio units, and develop global marketing strategies for leading games. Responsibilities include acting as a focal point for marketing, building 360 marketing plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, uncovering player insights, creating product marketing plans, and analyzing campaign performance. The ideal candidate possesses a BA in a related field, at least 3 years of relevant experience (online companies/gaming companies preferred), excellent interpersonal skills, and strong project management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Build & Execute Strategic marketing plans - online and offline.
  • Manage and operate strategy plans, in collaboration with studio units.   
  • Develop, plan and lead the global marketing strategy for our leading games Strategy.
  • Be the focal point for marketing unit in order to build & Monitor a 360 marketing plans
  • Be the conduit for cross functional and regional publishing teams and ensure strong project management and communication skills
  • Uncover and curate actionable player insights in collaboration with Analytics, Research, and Brand teams.·       
  • Create lifetime - quarterly, yearly and multi-year - Product Marketing Plans
  • Consistently analyze and track the performance of marketing campaigns with clear KPI’s and regularly reporting back to the business.

Requirements:

  • BA in a related field (preferably Economy or Business management)
  • At least 3 years of work experience in advertising agency/ Supervisor/ brand manager – in online companies/ gaming companies - an advantage
  • Ability to work with many cross interfaces, motivate them
  • Experience in managing global campaigns - an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player and proactive by nature
