As our Growth Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving the game’s growth and expanding its player base worldwide. You’ll lead a talented team, own the CRM and communication strategy, and collaborate across the studio to turn insights into engagement and growth. This is a strategic position at the heart of the studio.

  • Lead the Growth team and define user growth and engagement strategy.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, Push, CRM, Social Media, Loyalty).
  • Build personalized user journeys for engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Analyze player data and behavioral insights to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Creative teams.
  • Act as main point of contact for marketing activities.
  • Identify new opportunities and technologies for growth.
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize funnels.
  • 3+ years experience in CRM, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Proven experience in user growth strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with CRM tools, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Native or fluent English.

Responsibilities:

The Growth Team Lead plays a key strategic role in driving the organic growth of our leading game.

As the owner of user expansion and engagement, this position is responsible for building and executing the growth strategy through data-driven, creative, and impactful campaigns.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and oversee all CRM and communication channels — including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, social media, and our in-game loyalty program — to grow and retain our player base.

  • Lead the Growth team and define the overall user growth and engagement strategy.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, Push, CRM, Social Media, Loyalty).
  • Build personalized and automated user journeys that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Analyze player data and behavioral insights to optimize communication and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Monetization, and Creative teams to align growth initiatives with studio goals.
  • Act as the studio’s representative and main point of contact for marketing activities, ensuring alignment between game and brand campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities and technologies to scale growth.
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize funnels for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing, preferably in gaming or B2C mobile apps.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing user growth strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with CRM tools, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations – advantage.
  • Native or fluent English – must.
