As a Marketing Webinar Analyst at Nasdaq, you will be instrumental in planning, coordinating, and executing webinars for our Financial Technology product portfolio. This role involves managing logistics, collaborating with internal teams, and distributing marketing materials to drive engagement and support integrated marketing programs. Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Proven experience managing webinars, with proficiency in Zoom Webinar setup and execution
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to coordinate with stakeholders across different time zones and departments
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with B2B Marketing
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with Marketo and Knak for email and registration management
  • Experience working with Salesforce

What You Will Do

As a Marketing Webinar Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the broader marketing and product teams to plan, organize, and execute webinars that serve as key brand touchpoints and drive engagement within our Financial Technology product portfolio.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of webinars, including setup and live management using Zoom Webinar, ensuring smooth delivery across APAC, EMEA, and Americas time zones
  • Manage webinar logistics, including scheduling, invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-up emails through Marketo and Knak platforms
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless webinar execution
  • Coordinate schedules with internal stakeholders to align webinar topics and timing with business priorities
  • Distribute marketing materials, registration updates, and engagement metrics to sales and CSM teams to maximize participation and follow-up opportunities
  • Support the broader marketing team in executing integrated webinar programs from inception to completion, fostering collaboration across functions

What We Expect
