We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing & Communications team in Tokyo, Japan. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.
Position: Marsh Marketing Business Partner (Assistant Vice President)
Reporting to: Marketing & Communications Leader, MMC Japan
Business Area: Marketing & Communications
- The Marsh Marketing Business Partner is responsible for enhancing the Marsh Japan brand and driving the creation of measurable business opportunities.
- As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will set strategic goals and implement marketing and communications that resonate with customers in the Japanese market.
- Leverage expertise in stakeholder engagement, content development, and channel marketing to support business growth. You will be required to build strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance the organization's brand presence in Japan.
We will count on you to / Main duties:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans aimed at demand generation and enhancing brand relevance.
- Lead the planning and operation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring measurable results.
- Create content such as articles, videos, press releases, and social media posts, and collaborate with internal and external media partners.
- Utilize competitive analysis and market analysis to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Continuously engage with stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle, performing real-time analysis and follow-up to pursue maximum effectiveness.
What you need to have / Required experience and skills:
- 5-7+ years of practical B2B marketing experience.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business/Commerce.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement ability and the skill to build good relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- High organizational and time management skills in project management and content creation.
- Operational skills in digital marketing, analytical tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience utilizing AI tools and various marketing platforms (Zoom, SNS, etc.).
