In your daily job you will:
Develop the assembly line for new projects and build the samples to deliver to customer on timing ; Be responsible for process documentation preparation ,such as try-run report, process flowchart, PFMEA, work instruction etc. ; Technical reviews on both product design and equipment design; Develop new technology/flexible processes as required, providing feedback to improve BOP standards; Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints; Managing machining supplier activities and make sure meet all project target ; Support the operation to make the continuous improvement for existing projects; Develop the automation integration and technical innovation for current processes.
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
Bachelor's degree of the major mechanical design, automation, or similar Strong communication skills Above average oral English skills 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering for automotive connector products Strong working knowledge of manufacturing process and tooling for automotive connector operations Expertise in APQP and Launch Activities including FMEAs and Control Plans Basic knowledge in IATF 1649;
