Job Description
The Measurement & Report Analyst role involves improving workforce performance, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. This includes understanding SAP Talent & HR processes for various operations and business processes like change and skilling, delivery, and PMO. The analyst will implement SAP solutions on the Talent & HR platform. The role requires analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems, interacting with peers, and potentially having limited exposure to clients and management. The analyst will receive moderate instructions on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments, with decisions impacting their own work and potentially others. The role is an individual contributor within a team, with a focused scope of work. Key responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
Must Have:
- HR domain experience (4-6 years)
- Advanced skills in Excel, Macros, PPT, etc.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and platforms (SAP, Oracle)
- Attention to detail in data handling
- Ability to interpret complex datasets

What are we looking for? 4-6 years of HR domain experience Proficiency in Analytical Tools:Advanced skills in tools like Excel, Macros, PPT, or other data analysis and visualization software Reporting Software Expertise: Familiarity with reporting tools and platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and precision in data handling and reporting Data Analysis: Interpreting complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations. Customer Service Orientation Presentation Skills: Being able to present data clearly using tools like PowerPoint
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
