This includes understanding SAP Talent & HR processes for various operations and business processes like change and skilling, delivery, and PMO. The analyst will implement SAP solutions on the Talent & HR platform. The role requires analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems, interacting with peers, and potentially having limited exposure to clients and management. The analyst will receive moderate instructions on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments, with decisions impacting their own work and potentially others. The role is an individual contributor within a team, with a focused scope of work. Key responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
Must Have:- HR domain experience (4-6 years)
- Advanced skills in Excel, Macros, PPT, etc.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and platforms (SAP, Oracle)
- Attention to detail in data handling
- Ability to interpret complex datasets
