Responsibilities
• Focus on omni-channel E2E media planning to support business target. Co-create the media ecosystem and targets to achieve overall KPI's.
• Lead (leading, consulting and coaching) to achieve media KPIs and contribute to the growth our brand preference and market share.
• Acts as single point of contact of campaign performance manager, including in-take media brief, media plan, media KPI setting, spot plan and media execution. Brief and co-ordinate all external agencies and/ Philips internal teams (BMC, BCC and consume mktg)
• Report media mix, media budget allocation, media performance, and drive analytics to support data-based decision-making processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI improvements.
• Drive execution excellence for campaign activation, media planning, E-Commerce and performance media
Requirements:
1. Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. +8 years of media or performance mktg related experience in Marketing function.
3. Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex projects or engagements.
4. Solid digital marketing background, with a key focus on data analytics and/or e-commerce.
5. Whatever it takes attitude and goal-oriented mindset
