Upgrade is seeking a self-motivated Merchant Support Specialist to join their dynamic team in Phoenix. This role involves assisting the sales team by managing high call volumes, handling inbound and outbound calls from contractors and consumers, and addressing inquiries related to product troubleshooting, login issues, and general assistance. The specialist will also make informed decisions on loan applications, deliver exceptional customer service, guide merchants through onboarding, execute call campaigns, and respond to email inquiries, collaborating with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
