Job Description

As a Mid-Level QA Tester, you’ll be a key part of the in-house team - not just testing features, but owning them from a quality standpoint. You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and producers to ensure strong build health, feature delivery, and communication around quality. You’ll be the point of contact for information gathering, test requirements, and overall QA ownership of initiatives within your areas.

You’ll work embedded within our development teams, supporting the creation and maintenance of Vaultbreakers from within. You’ll be responsible for the quality ownership of assigned features or systems, ensuring they meet our standards across implementation, stability, and player experience.

This role is less about isolated bug-hunting and more about being part of development; helping teams make informed decisions, maintaining build health, and ensuring clarity in quality expectations. You’ll act as a bridge between design, production, and testing to ensure smooth information flow and proactive quality management.

  • Analytical mindset and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative. You drive quality, not just react to issues.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to shifting goals in an agile environment.
  • Passion for games and the process of making them.

Pluses

  • Technical experience or familiarity with programming, automation, or Unity.
  • Experience maintaining build pipelines, or supporting CI/CD workflows.
