Job Description

As a Mid-Market Account Manager at HHAeXchange, you will be responsible for driving growth by expanding relationships with existing clients and introducing new products and solutions. This involves identifying upsell opportunities, educating agency leaders on the value of HHAeXchange, and ensuring clients maximize their partnership. The role requires a results-driven professional who excels at building trust, uncovering needs, and growing revenue through long-term client success, working on a hybrid schedule in the New York City headquarters.
Must Have:
  • Expand revenue within existing accounts by introducing new products and uncovering upsell opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly growth targets
  • Uncover true business problems and challenges that prospects are facing
  • Lead discovery and tailored product demonstrations to show the value of the HHAeXchange platform
  • Prospect and generate pipeline within your assigned book of business
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and track all activity in Salesforce for accurate forecasting
  • Provide insightful feedback from prospect conversations to product, sales, and marketing leadership
  • Travel to conferences and industry events as necessary
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent SaaS closing experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a full cycle sales role
  • Proven track record of quota achievement in an expansion business, outbound sales role
  • Currently residing in NYC Metro Area with the ability to be in our NYC office 3-days per week
  • Ability and desire to travel up to 10%

As a Mid-Market Account Manager at HHAeXchange, you will drive growth by expanding relationships with existing clients and introducing new products and solutions. You will identify upsell opportunities, educate agency leaders on our value, and ensure clients maximize their partnership with us. We’re seeking results-driven professionals who excel at building trust, uncovering needs, and growing revenue through long-term client success.

This role requires a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week in our New York City headquarters (8:30am–5:30pm)

Essential Job Duties

  • Responsible for expanding revenue within existing accounts by introducing new products and uncovering upsell opportunities, while meeting or exceeding monthly growth targets
  • Uncover the true business problems and challenges that our prospects are facing
  • Lead discovery and tailored product demonstrations to show the value of the HHAeXchange platform
  • Prospect and generate pipeline within your assigned book of business while also receiving support from demand generation
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and track all activity in Salesforce, allowing for accurate forecasting to hit your sales targets
  • Provide insightful feedback from prospect conversations to product, sales, and marketing leadership
  • Travel to conferences and industry events as necessary

Travel Requirements

  • Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent SaaS closing experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a full cycle sales role, SaaS preferred.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement in an expansion business, outbound sales role.
  • Driven to maximize account potential and deliver business growth.
  • Self-starter, comfortable with a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a willingness to learn/ramp quickly and be a creative problem solver.
  • Strong ownership attitude from prospecting, demonstrations to negotiations and closing.
  • You embody a growth mindset and seek out opportunities to constantly learn and grow. Extreme curiosity about the product, the industry, and your customer’s businesses.
  • Currently residing in NYC Metro Area with the ability to be in our NYC office 3-days per week on a hybrid working schedule
  • Ability and desire to travel to visit customers for in-person demonstrations and “door knocking”, and representation at industry conferences
  • “Do What It Takes” mentality - You are proactive and take initiative to drive and cultivate new creative solutions. Prospecting often takes 200+ outbound calls per week.
  • Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role.

The base salary for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $110,000-125,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
