As a game designer in our team, you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive Game Design Document that includes a full description of the game world, characters, mechanics, interactions, customization elements, art assets, sounds, effects, animations, and a detailed design of the in-game economy.

Requirements:

• Experience in premium hardcore games (PC, console)
• Understanding of different game genre mechanics, core gameplay and metagame
• Good writing skills and ability to describe thoughts in a structured but simple manner
• Passion for making and playing games
• Involvement in released games of any caliber and/or modding
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher including verbal

Responsibilities:

• Creating concept documents and game design documents, working with R&D team on client proposals
• Propose engaging and creative gameplay features that will improve user experience and engagement
• Game balancing
• Ideation, feature design
• Communicating with clients
• Playtesting and design debugging
• Work directly with the team to ensure that the product is of the highest quality

Good to have:

• Mathematics / combinatorics background
• Practical experience with Unity and/or UE4
• Experience in level design
• Copywriting skills
