As a Meetings, Incentives & Sporting Experiences (MISE) Sales Manager at DreamSetGo, you will drive revenue growth by selling live sports packages to corporate clients. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and forging external partnerships. You'll create customized travel solutions and manage a robust sales pipeline. The role requires strong sales acumen, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for sports and travel.

As a Meetings, Incentives & Sporting Experiences (MISE) Sales Manager at DreamSetGo, you'll drive revenue growth by monetizing live sports properties and expanding the customer base through strategic planning and relationship-building. With a focus on corporate sales, you'll collaborate across teams, manage a robust sales pipeline, and establish strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by monetizing live sports properties. Drive revenue growth by onboarding corporate clients and expanding market presence.
    • Client Relationship: ManagementBuild and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients.Deliver customized travel and experience solutions aligned with client needs.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales objectives.Enhance inbound lead generation and refine sales approaches for better market reach.
    • Collaboration and Execution: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of travel solutions.Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
    • Partnership Development: Establish and foster strong relationships with key external stakeholders.Build strategic alliances to strengthen DreamSetGo’s position in the industry.

Qualifiers:

    • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in handling corporate sales across industries/verticals.
    • Deep understanding of the tech start-up ecosystem
    • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
    • Strong interpersonal & stake-holder management skills
    • Passion and love for sports and travel
    • Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
