We’re looking to hire a Mobile Solutions Architect for a hybrid role in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is a six-month contract opportunity, requiring onsite presence three days per week.
In this role, you will design and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile application architectures that align with business goals and leverage cloud-native technologies, preferably AWS. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and drive end-to-end mobile solutions that integrate seamlessly with backend and cloud infrastructure.
Mobile Solutions Architect Responsibilities:
Architect robust, cloud-native mobile application solutions that are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance to support long-term business goals.
Translate complex business requirements into effective architectural designs and lead full lifecycle mobile application development—from concept to deployment.
Drive the migration of legacy applications and databases to modern cloud-based platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and improved performance.
Collaborate closely with mobile developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure mobile strategies align with business objectives and best practices.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.
Mobile Solutions Architect Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in mobile app native development (Swift/Java/Kotlin or iOS preferred).
3+ years of experience as a solutions architect or consultant in mobile applications, cloud-native applications, and infrastructures.
Ability to articulate business requirements and drive solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise.
Experience migrating or transforming legacy applications to cloud-based solutions.
Experience migrating large databases from legacy data models to new data models.
Working knowledge of mobile application DevOps tools and software development methodologies.
