This position offers the opportunity to directly contribute to the sales success of our "Clinical Informatics" solutions, including digital pathology, advanced visualization, and Artificial Intelligence applications, by bringing your clinical and technical expertise and a differentiating argument in line with the expectations of our clients. The responsibilities include acting as a clinical expert for "Clinical Informatics" solutions, qualifying customer needs, presenting products to clients, ensuring the creation of technical, clinical, and functional offers, and conducting competitive intelligence and market research. This role is part of the Enterprise Informatics team and requires frequent travel throughout France.
Must have:
  • Higher education in biomedical engineering or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in medical equipment.
  • Experience as a medical electroradiology operator.
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills.
  • Excellent level of English, spoken and written.

Job Description

Ce poste vous donne la possibilité de contribuer directement au succès des ventes de nos solutions "Clinical Informatics" comprenant des applications de pathologie numérique, de visualisation avancée et d'Intelligence Artificielle, en apportant votre expertise clinique et technique ainsi qu’un argumentaire différenciant en phase avec les attentes de nos clients.  

Missions :

  • Agir en tant qu’expert clinique des solutions "Clinical Informatics" auprès de ses pairs, des commerciaux et des parties prenantes en interne ;

  • Qualifier les besoins et attentes des clients en fonction des campagnes commerciales en cours, en particulier en prenant part à la lecture et analyse des appels d’offres ;

  • Assurer la présentation des produits en visite client avec le commercial en préparant les scénarios et démonstrations répondant aux besoins des clients et de l'auditoire prévu, sur site client ou lors des congrès ;

  • Garantir la réalisation des offres techniques, cliniques et fonctionnelles répondant au plus près aux besoins exprimés par les clients ;

  • Réaliser la veille concurrentielle, les études de marché, les plans de communication pour développer les argumentaires de vente et préparer les congrès.

Vous faites partie de l’équipe Enterprise Informatics et reportez au Business Leader EI France. Vous faites partie de l'équipe Sales Specialist France et vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales terrain sur la France entière.

Déplacements à prévoir sur toute la France, au moins 40% du temps

Vos atouts pour réussir

  • Formation supérieure en ingénierie biomédicale ou équivalent ;

  • 3-5 ans d'expérience minimum dans l'utilisation, la commercialisation ou l'application d'équipements médicaux ;

  • Première expérience comme manipulateur en électroradiologie médicale ;

  • Autonomie, excellentes aptitudes en communication, pédagogie, sens de l’équipe et sens commercial démontrés ;

  • Excellent niveau d’anglais - en plus du français – indispensable, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
