About your role

We’re looking for a skilled Motion Designer to join our marketing team! You’ll be working alongside a team developing a brand-new creative strategy.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating high-performing video ads for mobile games
• Optimizing and adapting existing assets for video production
• Implementing technical solutions to speed up the creative production process

We hope that you have

• 3+ years of commercial experience in gamedev (preferably with mobile games)
• A portfolio showcasing your skills in motion, animation, and editing of both 2D and 3D video creatives
• Strong knowledge of relevant software (Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) — with an understanding of their capabilities and limitations to achieve the best results
• Proficiency in 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.)
• The ability to work under tight deadlines
• A results-driven mindset
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Nice to have

• Willingness to be involved in the early stages of the creative process and contribute ideas for the best ways to bring concepts to life
