Job Title : Motion Designer

Location : Mango, Jamshedpur

Salary : 12k to 18k | As per experience

Job Summary:

As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a wide range of media, including digital advertisements, social media content, video productions, and more. You will work closely with our creative team to conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance our digital content.
• Create storyboards and style frames to visualize concepts and present them to stakeholders.
• Design and animate graphics for videos, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Edit and enhance video footage, adding motion elements and visual effects as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in motion design and incorporate them into projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Maintain and organize project files, assets, and templates for efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field or undergraduate
• Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of video editing, sound design, and color grading is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Job Title : Telecaller

Location : Mango, Jamshedpur

Work Mode : Work From Office

Salary : 7k to 8k + Incentives starts after conversion of 5 clients

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products/services.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
• Handle inbound clients inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Address client's concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
