We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at JLT Public Sector (a company of Marsh). This role will be based in the Brisbane – Newstead office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a motor claims consultant, your role will entail responsibility for the management of motor fleet claim files including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution, liaising with clients, claimants, and service providers, providing analysis of claims, preparing necessary correspondence, and regularly reviewing and updating claims information.
Must have:

  • Motor claims management experience will be viewed favourably.
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral and written.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Highly demonstrated team ethic, orientation and awareness.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and be self-motivated.
  • Ability to produce a high standard of work, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
