We are looking for talent to join our Benefits Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá. It is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The position involves supporting insurance processes related to personal, life, accident, health, and funeral branches, with responsibilities that include form management, reporting to insurers and clients, and data management in Excel. You will manage insurance policies and processes, handle forms and reports, use Excel for data reconciliation and dynamic tables, provide advice, and support payroll reports and PowerPoint presentations.
Must have:
  • Manage insurance policies and processes for personal, life, accident, health, and funeral branches
  • Handle forms, reports to insurers, and reports to clients
  • Use Excel for data cross-referencing, reconciliations, creating pivot tables, and applying conditionals
  • Provide advice, support induction processes, explain products, and assist in filling out forms
  • Support payroll reports and prepare PowerPoint presentations

  • Experience in personal, life, accident, or health insurance branches
  • Familiarity with reporting and reconciliation processes in insurance

What you need to have:

  • Technical or professional degree in administration or related fields.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in insurance agencies or brokers.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge in insurance processes, forms, and reports.
  • Empathetic, analytical, structured, and organized behavior.
