This role is for an Overseas Commercialization Lead for multiplayer competitive products, responsible for building and managing an operations team, designing and implementing commercialization strategies for international markets, and collaborating with overseas partners to ensure alignment with global publishing and product roadmaps. The role also involves driving creative design of commercial resources and utilizing data for analysis and strategy adjustment.

Must Have

  • Build and manage product operations team, responsible for product commercialization results
  • Design and implement commercialization strategies for international markets, plan commercial resources, and optimize version features and gameplay
  • Collaborate with overseas partners to ensure commercialization strategies align with global publishing and product roadmaps
  • Drive creative design of commercial resources based on market preferences and user topics, responsible for ROI
  • Utilize data and user research tools for analysis, suggestions, and to predict/address metric fluctuations
  • 5+ years of complete commercialization operation experience for multiplayer competitive products (FPS, MOBA, action preferred)
  • Love games and have sufficient understanding of mainstream multiplayer competitive game markets and users globally
  • Possess good communication and collaboration skills

Job Responsibilities

1. Build and manage the product operation team, responsible for the product's commercialization results.

2. Prioritize designing and implementing commercialization strategies for international markets, planning commercial resources, and optimizing various functional gameplay features for versions.

3. Collaborate with overseas partners to ensure commercialization strategies are consistent with global publishing strategies and product roadmaps, and effectively leverage partner resources.

4. Combine market preferences and user topics to drive the creative design of commercial resources, and be responsible for the input-output ratio of various resources.

5. Efficiently utilize various data and user research tools, provide suggestions based on data analysis, and predict and formulate response plans for indicator fluctuations.

Requirements

1. 5 years or more of complete commercialization operation experience for multiplayer competitive products, with a preference for shooting, MOBA, and action categories.

2. Love games and have a sufficient understanding of mainstream multiplayer competitive game markets and users at home and abroad.

3. Possess good communication and collaboration skills, with a preference for overseas co-development experience and IP operation experience.

4. English and Japanese communication skills are preferred, capable of efficient communication with overseas developers regarding game development.

5. Some management experience is preferred.
