Job Description

OWLCAT GAMES seeks a seasoned Narrative Designer with a passion for the Warhammer universe. Responsibilities include script writing for the game, individual locations, and story arcs; crafting in-game dialogues, quests, and supplementary texts; and communicating scripts to other teams, managing related tasks, and overseeing their completion. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of narrative design experience in game development, deep Warhammer universe knowledge, a portfolio showcasing writing abilities, extensive CRPG experience, and at least one released game credit. Upper-intermediate English proficiency is required.

Job Details

OWLCAT GAMES was founded in 2016. The studio employs developers who worked on projects such as Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader.

Right now we are looking for a seasoned Narrative Designer passionate about the Warhammer universe to join our team.

TASKS:

· Script writing for the game in general as well as individual locations and story arcs

· Writing in-game dialoges, quests, literary and complimentary texts for the game

· Communicating the scrips to other teams, formulating script-related tasks, ans overseeing their completion

REQUIREMENTS:

· A minimum of 3+ years of work experience in the role of Narrative Designer in the gamedev industry

· Deep knowledge of Warhammer universe is a must for this position!

· A portfolio of your writing samples (1-2 pages)

· Extensive experience with CRPGs

· At least one released game title you worked on

· Upper intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
