  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of energy transition space and associated insurance market

  • 10+ years of experience in insurance broking
  • Sound understanding of business and organizational risk management
  • Prior experience managing complex account portfolios
  • Thorough knowledge of insurance and strategic client engagement
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills
  • Tier 1 FSRA Compliance (essential)
  • Tertiary qualification (highly regarded)

Job Details

This role is specifically focused on the Construction industry.

This role involves managing a book of complex priority accounts/projects, predominantly in the energy transition space, driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.

As a trusted advisor to clients, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and expanding the range of Marsh products and services. Additionally, you will provide guidance to team members to help achieve results.
