We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer-Marsh Benefit Team. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Support the delivery of corporate wellbeing consulting projects across diverse industries, including needs assessment, strategy development, program implementation, and evaluation.
- Collect, clean, and analyze employee health and benefits data, survey results, and vendor reports to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, dashboards, reports, and proposals using clear data visualizations and evidence-based narratives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, benefit providers, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of wellbeing programs and initiatives.
- Monitor program KPIs and support the development of ROI/VOI models to evaluate the impact of wellbeing initiatives. By using historical data, benchmark metrics, actively participate in benefits strategic planning, reviews and plan designs recommendations, to ensure workface wellbeing matters are addressed timely and have measurable impact.
- Keep up to date on current wellbeing and workplace trends; stay abreast of global and local wellbeing trends, policies, and emerging risks.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, Psychology, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate wellness, employee benefits, human capital consulting, or health data analytics.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and to work independently and on a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Client-focused mindset with strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Understanding the wellness marketplace and latest industry trends.
- Comfortably working solo and as part of a team.
- Obtain and maintain appropriate licenses as required by state regulations and Mercer policies.
