.NET Developer

JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is looking for a skilled .NET Developer. This position requires a strong understanding of software development principles and the ability to work collaboratively in an iterative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for modernization efforts of one of the cornerstone products. This position will work closely with other Payment Gateways engineers to integrate with back-end systems and other hardware utilized by this product.  This is an exciting job with room for significant career growth. 

Please note: you must have at least 5 years of experience in .NET development to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through

• various levels of testing including automated tests.

• Identify and correct performance issues and fix bugs.

• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our

• applications remain cutting-edge.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

• Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.

• Experience working with different types of APIs and web services.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Initiative and drive to do great things.
