Job Description

This role reports to the Sales Force Effectiveness & Net Revenue Management Director for DACH within the Commercial Excellence function. The Net Revenue Manager designs, develops, and implements commercial strategies to support DACH area commercial plans, ensuring sustainable internal metrics by balancing Haleon's commercial needs with customer needs across Mass Market, Pharmacy, and eCommerce channels. Using analytics and insights, the NRM Manager designs and implements channel price and pack-price architecture and supports promotional effectiveness and mix initiatives to accelerate top and bottom-line growth.
Must have:
  • Optimize customer investments and drive growth
  • Define and execute yearly pricing plans and portfolio structure changes
  • Drive promotional effectiveness and commercial due diligence
  • Own and improve mix management process for portfolio profitability
  • Enable and drive NRM analytic capabilities with Business Intelligence team
  • Very strong understanding and capabilities in key RGM levers (pricing, promotions, trade investment)
  • Capacity to work and drive change cross-functionally
  • Strong analytic capabilities
  • Strong English skills
Good to have:
  • 2+ years in NRM, RGM or pricing functions
  • Ideally also German skills

About the role

This role reports to the Sales Force Effectiveness & Net Revenue Management Director for DACH within the Commercial Excellence function. The role of the Net Revenue Manager or Revenue Growth Manager is to design, develop and implement commercial strategies to support the delivery of the DACH area commercial plans, ensuring internal metrics are achieved in a sustainable manner by balancing Haleon commercial needs with those of our customers across Mass Market, Pharmacy and eCommerce channels. Through the use of analytics and insights, the NRM Manager’s role is to design, develop and implement channel price and pack-price architecture and mid-term support on promotional effectiveness, and mix initiatives that accelerate top and bottom line growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Trade Investment Management: partner with sales to optimize our customer investments, helping identifying choices that will help drive growth
  • Brand Portfolio Pricing & Pack Price Architecture: partner with marketing to define and execute our yearly pricing plans and changes to our portfolio structure
  • Promotion Management: partner with channel marketing teams to drive promotional effectiveness and commercial due diligence
  • Active Mix Management: own the mix management process – identifying and driving action on opportunities to improve our portfolio profitability
  • Enable and drive NRM analytic capabilities by co-developing reports with Business Intelligence team

Qualifications and skills

  • Very strong understanding and capabilities in key RGM levers such as pricing, promotions and trade investment
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in sales and/or marketing
  • 2+ years in NRM, RGM or pricing functions (preferred)
  • Capacity to work and drive change cross-functionally
  • Strong analytic capabilities
  • Strong English skills, ideally also German
