As a Senior People Services Specialist, you will be a core member of our international People Services team, providing essential support to employees and managers throughout Kazakhstan. Your role involves delivering high-quality, consistent assistance across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to termination, ensuring every interaction aligns with Haleon’s values of care, courage, and integrity. Must have:
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
  • Provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and ensure data integrity.
  • Support contract changes, generate HR documentation, and ensure proper archiving.
  • Offer advisory support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, global teams, and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Lead or support HR-related projects, including planning and coordination.
  • Apply project management principles to drive operational excellence.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.

Job Details

As a Senior **People Services Specialist**, you’ll be at the heart of our international People Services team, supporting employees and managers across Kazakhstan. You’ll provide high-quality, consistent support across the employee lifecycle—ensuring every interaction reflects Haleon’s values of care, courage, and doing the right thing.

Responsibilities:

This role offers you the opportunity to grow your capabilities while making a real impact. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers in Kazakhstan.
  • Providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, leave of absence, benefits, internal moves, and terminations.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records in Workday and ensuring data integrity for payroll and benefits processing.
  • Supporting contract changes, generating HR documentation, and ensuring proper archiving.
  • Offering advisory support on HR policies and procedures, promoting self-service and knowledge hub usage.
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners, global teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Haleon’s internal policies.
  • Leading or supporting HR-related projects, including planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Applying project management principles to drive operational excellence and support change initiatives within the People Services function.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.
