New Graduate Hiring Safe Launch Process Engineer

Job Summary

Job Description

Execute the new product introduction Safe Launch plan from the development team. Collaborate with logistics and manufacturing sites to ensure a smooth Safe Launch ramp and achieve time-to-delivery goals. Monitor assembly/test performance against the Safe Launch plan, coordinate for abnormalities, identify root causes, and implement permanent corrective actions with Subject Matter Experts. Handle risk material disposition with the Maverick Review Board. Drive continuous improvement for observed New Product Introduction (NPI) problems during the Safe Launch phase.

Must have:

Bachelor or Master degree in science or engineering majors
Good communication skills
Good English skills
Less than 2 years of seniority

Good to have:

Familiarity with project management
Familiarity with semiconductor process

Job Details

Responsibilities:

Execute new product introduction Safe Launch plan from development team

Requirement:

Bachelor or Master degree in science or engineering majors
Good communication skill
Good English skill
Seniority less than 2 years
Familiar with project management or semiconductor process would be a plus
