Job Description

This role involves performing NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) tests and analysis for various automotive components like e-drives, reducers, and e-motors. The position also requires staying updated on best practices, driving innovation, and identifying root causes for problem-solving.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

  • Perform NVH tests and analysis ( (e-Drive, Reducers, eMotor, Inverter and others);

  • Provide relevant tests and analysis that meet the needs of projects concerning:

  • The components of Drivel products;

  • The integration of these components on subsystem;

  • The integration of the components and systems in the vehicle.

  • Analyze results and write technical reports:

  • Ensure compliance with Valeo and customer standards;

  • Ensure traceability of test results;

  • Ensure the communication with internal (VALEO) and external customer communications.

  • Be informed of the best practices concerning tests and analysis in the discipline development;

  • Drive innovations and participate on the development of  innovative product and systems: Propose patents;

  • Expertise / Problem solving: identify root cause and make improvement solutions in collaboration with others disciplines (experimental, simulation, projects, system integration);

  • Creation and update of NVH procedures and specifications for all products, systems and their integrations.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU...

  • University degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering;

  • Experience in NVH field is required >5 years;

  • Automotive experience >5 years;

  • Good command of English to communicate effectively within international teams;

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (France or Germany);

  • Drive product experience is a plus.
