Job Summary
The Office Commercial CMO - Operations role at At-Pac/umdasch Industrial Solutions involves providing support in stock verification, coordinating order processing with internal and external stakeholders, managing dispatches and returns with Yard/Logistics, and serving as the primary client contact for the entire order cycle. The position also includes assisting with claims, invoice inquiries, and coordinating documentation for payment processing, ensuring smooth operational flow and customer satisfaction.
Must Have
- Assist in stock verification and availability.
- Coordinate order processing with internal and external departments (engineering, HQ, clients, couriers).
- Coordinate daily with Yard/Logistics for dispatches, returns, and reconditioning materials.
- Act as the main client contact for the entire order cycle (quotation, order, scheduling, invoicing/claims).
- Support the organization and management of returns.
- Handle client inquiries regarding invoices and delivery guides.
- Assist in claims management.
- Coordinate with clients and CCM for necessary documentation.
- Coordinate commercial agreements with clients (prices, percentages, discounts, free days).
- Coordinate equipment lists with the technical department for dispatch.
- Coordinate equipment availability with the warehouse for dispatches.
- Monitor surpluses.
- Coordinate mobility type and pickup time with the client.
- Coordinate E-Commerce dispatches.
- Coordinate reception day and time with the client.
- Coordinate documentary reception of returns with the warehouse.
- Coordinate delivery of return reports to the client with the key user.
- Report received item balances and conditions to the client.
- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in order processing and freight transport.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency and experience in management systems / ERP.
- Basic English level.

Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in stock verification and availability.
- Constantly coordinate with internal and external positions regarding order processing; engineering area, headquarters, clients, courier companies, etc.
- Coordinate daily with Yard / Logistics for dispatches, returns, and material in reconditioning (date blocking, order prioritization, and management of demand "peaks").
- Primary contact link with the client for the entire order cycle (quotation, order, scheduling, invoicing/claims).
- Provide support in the organization and management of returns.
- Is the contact person for client inquiries regarding invoices, delivery guides, etc.
- Provide assistance in claims management.
- Assist sales representatives in meetings with clients regarding the collection of valuation observations or claims (if necessary).
- Coordinate with the client and CCM the necessary documentation to enter vouchers.
- Dispatch Functions:
- Coordinate with sales representatives all agreements made with the client (m2 prices, percentages, discounts, free days, etc.).
- Coordinate with the technical department the list of equipment to be dispatched.
- Coordinate with the warehouse the availability of equipment for dispatches.
- Monitor surpluses.
- Coordinate with the client the type of mobility and the equipment pickup time.
- Coordinate E-Commerce dispatches.
- Reception Functions:
- Coordinate with the client the day and time of reception service.
- Coordinate with the warehouse the documentary reception of returns.
- Coordinate with the key user the delivery of return reports to the client.
- Report to the client the balances and conditions of the received items.
Requirements
Profile Requirements
Academic background
- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Experience and technical knowledge
- 1 to 3 years of experience in order processing and freight transport.
- Knowledge in LEAN Service project management (desirable).
- Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency and experience in management systems / ERP (ideally rental or logistics).
- Basic English level.
