As our Office Manager, you will be the organizational heartbeat of Aesir Interactive, ensuring that our office runs like a well-tuned game engine. You’ll coordinate daily operations, support our teams with efficient office processes, and help create a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. You are an organized multitasker with a proactive mindset, able to keep track of multiple priorities while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in the workplace. You thrive on creating structure, improving processes, and helping people get what they need to do their best work.
Good To Have:

Must Have:
  • Managing and organizing all day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinating service providers such as cleaning companies, suppliers, and maintenance workers
  • Planning and organizing internal meetings, workshops, and team events
  • Welcoming and supporting guests, clients, and external partners
  • Oversee office logistics including mail handling and the organization of courier and package shipments
  • Procuring and managing office supplies and equipment
  • Maintaining office contracts and related documentation
  • Supporting travel arrangements and appointment scheduling
  • Collaborating with other departments to support internal processes
  • Introducing improvements to office workflows, tools, and processes

From managing supplies and service providers to organizing events and meetings, you’ll make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

The kind of stuff you`ll be doing:

  • Managing and organizing all day-to-day office operations.
  • Coordinating service providers such as cleaning companies, suppliers, and maintenance workers.
  • Planning and organizing internal meetings, workshops, and team events.
  • Welcoming and supporting guests, clients, and external partners.
  • Oversee office logistics including mail handling and the organization of courier and package shipments.
  • Procuring and managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintaining office contracts and related documentation.

Who are we looking for:

You have:

  • Previous experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfort working with external service providers.
  • Solid MS Office and general digital tool proficiency.
  • A service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in German and good command of English.
