Job Summary
As a Producer, you will lead cross-functional teams in creating innovative content and experiences. You will drive development by inspiring teams to collaborate, overcoming obstacles, and ensuring projects are completed successfully. Your responsibilities include owning and planning game projects, driving project vision, building feature roadmaps, managing internal and external communication, and fostering a proactive and constructive work environment. You will be expected to make player-focused decisions based on facts and vision. The role involves managing projects through all stages of production, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products while adapting workflows and embracing project uniqueness.
Must Have
- Shipped at least two projects as Game Producer
- Know how to own a product
- Familiar with project management methods and tools
- Eligible to work in Munich, Germany
- Speak English fluently
Good to Have
- Good knowledge of Jira/Confluence
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Products
- Knowledge of Scrum methodology

Job Description
Your role:
- We are primarily looking for people who can live and work in Munich, but we also accept applications from those who can work exclusively remotely.
- Own and plan one or multiple game projects.
- Own and drive project vision, be a product knowledge base for the entire team.
- Embrace your project's constraints and aim for the best possible outcome within these constraints.
- Build feature roadmaps, identifying critical path issues and removing roadblocks that may threaten development progress.
- Manage internal and external communication and a high level of visibility amongst multiple contributing teams and studios.
- Think and act in a proactive, positive, critical and constructive way and sustain an environment where others can do the same.
Who are we looking for:
We're looking for someone who can actively and independently execute his/her job from the very first week on. Therefore, you
- Shipped at least two projects as Game Producer or similar position.
- Know how to own a product.
- Are familiar with project management methods and tools
- Earn the confidence of your team, clients and C-Level that you own the product.
- Are able to talk art, design and software.
- Are eligible to work in Munich, Germany.
- Speak English fluently.
