Job Description

This role is for an Onboarding Technical Analyst within the Information and Document Systems team, focusing on global capturing and document processing, archiving, and retrieval solutions. The team supports Legal, Regulatory, and Operational functions. Responsibilities include capturing technical requirements, reviewing specifications, analyzing documentation for gaps, resolving user queries, tracking project status, preparing test plans, performing integration testing, and monitoring processes for issues and risks.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge in IBM CMOD 9.5 and Open text other records management software solutions.
Must Have:
  • Ensure all technical requirements are captured in specification documents.
  • Review onboarding/migration requirement specifications and run-through overview sessions.
  • Analyze technical documentation to identify gaps and discrepancies.
  • Resolve user queries and engage with business stakeholders up to design sign-off.
  • Follow standard processes to track onboarding project activity status.
  • Prepare test plans and scenarios for assigned onboarding tasks.
  • Perform integration testing, root cause analysis of defects, and implement fixes.
  • Carry out detailed analysis of feed processing failures during testing.
  • Monitor processes to detect potential issues and risks.
  • 6-8 years of analyst and development experience in wealth management or financial service industry.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience in UNIX, Oracle, and SQL/PL SQL.
  • Exposure to cloud (preferably Azure).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, resilient, self-motivated with strong determination.
  • Team player with good communication skills in English.
  • Experience in software development life cycle change implementation process with banking industry.
  • Change focused mind-set with problem-solving ability.

Information and Document Systems is a global technology change and delivery organization comprising nearly 200 individuals located mostly in Switzerland, Poland and Singapore. Providing global capturing and document processing, archiving and retrieval solutions to all business divisions focusing on supporting Legal, Regulatory and Operational functions.

We are looking for a talent to join Records Management Onboarding team in Pune.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all the technical requirements are captured in the requirement specification document
  • Review the onboarding/migration requirement specification and run-through overview sessions for our stakeholders
  • Analyze the technical documentation to identify gaps and discrepancies related to feed configurations
  • Resolution of user queries and business engagement activities up to design sign off in a timely manner
  • Follow the standard processes to track the onboarding projects activity status throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare the test plan and scenarios for assigned onboarding tasks and complete the walkthrough session for our stakeholders
  • Perform integration testing, conduct root cause analysis of test defects, implement fixes, and prepare UAT deployments (e.g. configuration tags)
  • Carry out detailed analysis of feed processing failures during testing and ensure that all the issues are identified and resolved in due time
  • Monitor processes to detect potential issues and risk, and ensure proper reporting

Skills

Must have

  • At least 6-8 years of analyst and development experience in wealth management or financial service industry
  • Strong knowledge and working experience in UNIX, Oracle, and SQL/PL SQL technologies
  • Exposure to cloud (preferably Azure)
  • Good knowledge on MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, resilient, and self-motivated with strong determination for achieving goals and driving results
  • Team player, interacts politely with the stakeholders and fosters a positive team environment
  • Good communication skills in English to be able to interact with our colleagues and stakeholders around the world
  • Experience in software development life cycle change implementation process with banking industry
  • A change focused mind-set with problem-solving ability to deal with challenging situations
  • Knowledge or Experience in Records management policies and procedures will be an added advantage
  • Experience in tools like Scheduling (AutoSys), Ticketing tool (GSNOW), JIRA (Tracking tool), GitLab, Confluence, and SharePoint are a plus
  • Knowledge of IBM CMOD and other records management solutions is an added advantage

Nice to have

  • Knowledge in IBM CMOD 9.5 and Open text other records management software solutions are an asset
