Programmer
Programmers have two courses: "Game Programmer" and "System Programmer".
Game Programmers create fun gameplay through developing works with technology and ingenuity.
System Programmers support titles by introducing specialized technologies and building development environments.
Graphic Designer
This role involves designing games and producing models and motions for implementation.
They understand the game's planning intent and, while making their own suggestions, create graphics and characters linked to the stage and world view.
Planner
This job pursues new experiences by utilizing not only creativity but also logic.
They propose new gameplay for new game development, set the world view, define specifications for their assigned parts, manage implementation, and perform debugging.
Technical Artist
This job involves introducing technology to streamline the production process of models and motions and improve quality.
They are responsible for overall technical artist duties, including building designer workflows and data flows, developing and supporting plugins for various DCC tools, and researching/verifying next-generation expressions.
Human Resources
This role is involved in general HR operations such as talent acquisition, evaluation, education and training, systems, and regulations.
The main task is recruiting for game development positions.
Project Manager
They manage the progress of large-scale game development projects, such as the "Pokémon" series, in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure completion and release according to defined quality and schedule.
