Job Description
As a Lead Designer, you will be responsible for the production of character models (mainly human models) in consumer game development and the establishment of the production environment. This includes determining the style, designing specifications, and managing the quality of character models. You will also be involved in establishing the character model production pipeline and workflow. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in human modeling in game production and experience leading a character model team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with other departments and contributing to model specification decisions.

Must Have:
- 2+ years experience in human modeling for games
- Experience leading character model teams
- 3D graphic software experience (Maya, 3ds Max)
- Team quality management or cross-departmental model specification experience
業務内容
リードデザイナーとして以下の業務を担当していただきます
・コンシューマゲーム開発における、キャラモデル（人物モデルメイン）の制作および制作環境の整備
・キャラモデルのテイスト決定/仕様設計/クオリティ管理など
・キャラモデルの制作パイプラインおよび制作フロー整備など
必須経験・スキル
・ゲーム制作における人物モデリングの実務経験2年以上
・キャラクターモデルチームを牽引した経験（規模は不問）
※他職種との交流が多く、キャラクターモデル仕様の決定に深く携わっていた経験などあれば優遇
・3Dグラフィックソフト（Maya、3dsMaxなど）を使用した人物モデリング実務経験
・チームのクオリティ管理経験、もしくは他職種と連携した人物モデル仕様設計の実務経験
歓迎経験・スキル
・指導育成などマネジメント経験のある方

・ただ形状を作るだけでなく、仕様、ルールなどを含めて方向性を決められる方
