Job Description
Provide support for service routines, focusing on critical performance analysis to monitor and address deviations. This involves interacting with stakeholders, recording information in systems, and issuing reports according to established governance for each demand type.
Must Have:
- Experience in the defined attributions or related scope, subject to inspection approval.
- Graduation in Foreign Trade, Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Development, or Information Technology Management.
- Regular registration with the respective Class Council is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Office suite software.
- Knowledge of SAP system.
- Knowledge in using BI tools (Power BI and Spotfire) for information processing and management report issuance.
- Knowledge of BW system.

EDUCATION
- Graduation: Foreign Trade, Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Development or Information Technology Management.
- Regular registration with the respective Class Council is required.
EXPECTED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Advanced knowledge of Office suite software;
- Knowledge of the SAP system;
- Knowledge in the use of BI tools (Power BI and Spotfire) for information processing and issuance of management reports;
- Knowledge of the BW system.
WORK REGIME
- Hybrid - Imbetiba/Imboassica;
- 3x weekly;
- 44h weekly.
