Business Analyst (Global Banking) - Digital Transformation

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Business Analyst for Digital Transformation in Global Banking. The role requires 7+ years of experience, focusing on digital transformation programs within the banking sector. Key responsibilities include documenting requirements using user stories, epics, and features on Jira, validating business requirements, and possessing strong domain knowledge in areas like Cards, Payments, Accounts, or Security/Authentication. The ideal candidate will work in Agile environments, collaborate cross-functionally, and engage effectively with stakeholders across various markets and time zones.

Must Have

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Prior experience in digital transformation programmes in Banking
• Proficient in documenting requirements via user stories, epics, and features on Jira
• Ability to ask the right questions to elicit and validate business requirements effectively
• Strong domain understanding in Cards, Payments, Accounts, or Security / Authentication
• Ability to challenge Product Owners and Digital Product Managers constructively
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst,
• Must have prior experience working on digital transformation programmes in Banking
• Proficient in documenting requirements via user stories, epics, and features on Jira.
• Should be able to ask the right questions to elicit and validate business requirements effectively.
• Strong domain understanding in at least 1–2 of the following areas: Cards, Payments, Accounts, or Security / Authentication.
• Ability to challenge Product Owners and Digital Product Managers constructively, ensuring requirements align with the overall product roadmap and business outcomes.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, with cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across markets and time zones if needed.
