Must Have

- Engage in meetings with sourcing, sustainability, and technology teams.
- Assist in executing sustainable packaging strategies.
- Stay informed on GenAI trends and emerging digital solutions.
- Over 2 years of experience in data management, process automation, or packaging/labeling operations.
- Proficient with digital tools and a basic understanding of Generative AI concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with AI.
- Experience with product lifecycle management tools.
- Experience with ESKO Webcenter.

Operations Assistant Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Support the integrity of packaging and labeling systems by ensuring precise data entry and governance. Maintain accuracy and consistency across digital records and system inputs.
- Process Automation & Innovation: Collaborate in assessing new software solutions to streamline routine tasks, such as digital label generation and compliance checks. Offer innovative ideas to enhance workflows and identify technological efficiencies.
- Sample/Submit Management: Efficiently track, receive, and organize packaging samples and digital label submissions. Utilize tools to facilitate documentation and supplier communication.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate both standard and ad-hoc reports on packaging and labeling activities. Analyze data to drive process improvements and inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in meetings with sourcing, sustainability, and technology teams. Communicate routine issues and escalate challenges proactively.
- Sustainable Sourcing Support: Assist in executing sustainable packaging strategies and document innovative sustainable practices.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed on GenAI trends and emerging digital solutions in packaging and labeling. Participate in training sessions and share best practices with the team.
Operations Assistant Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of experience in data management, process automation, or packaging/labeling operations. Familiarity with AI is a plus.
- Proficient with digital tools and a basic understanding of Generative AI concepts.
- Experience with product lifecycle management tools and ESKO Webcenter is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- A commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
