At The NewRich Network, we're building a platform for digital entrepreneurs and content creators. We're launching an App Store, a hub for tools and resources. We seek an Operations Manager to design, optimize, and oversee systems for our marketplace. Responsibilities include building operational frameworks, managing app partners, tracking metrics, ensuring compliance, collaborating with teams, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements for scalability. This role is crucial for the success and smooth operation of our growing digital ecosystem.

- Experience in Software Partnerships, Sales, or Marketing is a strong asset.
Must Have:
- Build and maintain operational frameworks, policies, and SOPs for our App Store.
- Ensure seamless onboarding, management, and support of app partners/vendors.
- Track and analyze operational metrics (revenue, retention, partner performance).
- Oversee compliance, licensing, and legal requirements for the store.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to align goals.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements to support scalability.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in software, SaaS, or digital marketplaces.
- Proven track record of building systems, processes, and frameworks in a growing company.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- System-minded: able to translate complex processes into scalable documentation and workflows.
- Experience working with remote, distributed teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Notion, Airtable, Asana, Trello, or similar).
