NewRich Network is seeking a hands-on CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to build, optimize, and scale email campaigns. Responsibilities include creating engaging email campaigns, optimizing templates and CTAs, monitoring performance metrics like deliverability and open rates, collaborating with content creators, and segmenting lists for personalized engagement. The role is crucial for driving results and enhancing customer lifecycle through effective email marketing strategies.

Must Have:
- 5+ years of email marketing experience (advanced email tools like Pardot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong understanding of list segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability best practices
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting performance metrics

About the role

- Build and optimize templates, subject lines, and CTAs
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with content creators and analysts to drive results
- Segment lists and personalize campaigns for higher engagement
