About the Role
We’re seeking an Operations Planning Analyst to translate capacity forecasts into executable delivery plans and maintain visibility across infrastructure work. You’ll own schedules, dashboards, and L2L capacity tracking, ensuring upstream decisions and downstream execution stay in sync. Working with Infrastructure, Commercial, Finance, and Programme Management, you’ll monitor readiness KPIs, surface risks early, and keep everyone aligned on what’s next. What You’ll be Doing
Capacity Tracking
- Maintain the unified view of capacity, demand and readiness
- Reconcile forecasts with actuals; highlight gaps and trade-offs
- Run scenario views for “what-if” planning and prioritisation
Scheduling & Coordination
- Build work-back plans and delivery calendars across teams
- Track milestones, dependencies and resource constraints
- Publish weekly dashboards and variance analyses
KPI Monitoring & Escalation
- Define and monitor readiness KPIs and leading indicators
- Proactively escalate blockers with context and options
- Support quarterly planning, OKRs, and leadership reviews
About Your
- Analytical, detail-focused, and excellent with time/priority management
- Strong communicator who can summarise status and risk crisply
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards and scheduling tools
- Curious and proactive; you chase clarity and close gaps
- Enjoys cross-functional work and keeping many contributors aligned
- Calm in ambiguity; you design structure that others can follow
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years in operations planning, analytics, or program coordination
- Strong Excel/Sheets and dashboarding experience (e.g., Looker/Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with resource/capacity planning concepts
- Experience with project planning tools and dependency tracking
