Job Description
The Optoelectronics Device Engineer - Biophotonics will be responsible for epitaxially designing III-V optoelectronics devices. This includes characterizing the optical and electrical performance of these devices, including noise measurements. The engineer will also apply their knowledge of fundamental device physics to correlate device characterization data with materials characterization data, to improve epitaxial design. This role requires a strong understanding of optoelectronics and device physics, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive improvements in device performance and design.
